Phew! The swimsuit samples mountain from our June/July swim issue has finally been dismantled, packed up and shipped out. After months of mixing and matching bikinis and picking out the perfect one-pieces to feature in our latest issue (hope you love it!), I think I’ve found my new fave suit of the season: the midkini.
Part bandeau, part tankini, these über-girly relatives of the bustier lengthen the torso and give a bit more coverage than your average triangle top. They’re a li’l bit retro, but still feel totally modern when all done up in of-the-moment neon florals, tribal patterns or mirror prints. Which one’s your fave?
